OUR POLICY

 

At Ember Peptides, we stand behind every order we ship. Our policy is straightforward:

All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges.

🔥  Ember Shipment Guarantee: If your order is damaged, lost, or arrives with any delivery issue, we will replace it — no questions asked, with proof.

We believe in keeping things simple. You buy with confidence knowing that if anything goes wrong with your shipment, we have you covered.

1. ALL SALES FINAL

 

Due to the nature of research-grade lyophilized compounds, all sales are final once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
Ordering the wrong compound, size, or quantity — please review your cart carefully before checkout
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or handled

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. All product specifications including compound name, size, and quantity are clearly listed on each product page.

2. EMBER SHIPMENT GUARANTEE

 

We stand behind every shipment that leaves our facility. If your order experiences any of the following issues, we will send a replacement at no charge:

Covered Under the Shipment Guarantee:

Damaged product — broken vial seal, cracked vial, or visible physical damage to the compound
Temperature compromise — evidence that cold-chain packaging failed during transit
Wrong item received — incorrect compound, size, or quantity shipped
Lost in transit — package confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered
Significant delivery delay — package not delivered within a reasonable timeframe with no carrier movement on tracking

How to File a Shipment Guarantee Claim:

To activate your Shipment Guarantee, contact us within 5 business days of your expected delivery date at:

support@getemberpeptides.com

Include the following in your email:

Your order number in the subject line
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographic or video proof of the damage, incorrect item, or delivery issue
A photo of the outer packaging as received

Once we review and verify your claim, we will ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Claims submitted without proof or outside the 5-business-day window will not be eligible.

What We Will Send:

Approved claims will receive a replacement of the original item ordered. In cases where the original item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the full value of the affected item.

3. NOT COVERED

 

The following situations are not covered under our Shipment Guarantee:

Packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that the customer claims not to have received, without supporting evidence
Damage caused by the customer after delivery
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout
Claims submitted more than 5 business days after the expected delivery date
Packages refused at delivery by the customer

4. CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders begin processing immediately after payment confirmation. If you need to cancel, email us at support@getemberpeptides.com with your order number and 'CANCELLATION REQUEST' in the subject line as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment. If your order has already shipped, it is subject to this return policy and cannot be cancelled.
