All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, Ember Peptides reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify you prior to fulfillment. We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect prices.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Ember Peptides reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at its discretion.

6. ORDERS & PAYMENT

 

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete. Ember Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or policy violations.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is verified.

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Ember Peptides does not store full payment card details.

7. SHIPPING

 

Ember Peptides ships domestically within the continental United States only via FedEx. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and our Ember Shipment Guarantee are detailed in our Shipping Policy at getemberpeptides.com/policies/shipping.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Ember Peptides is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier once the order has been handed to FedEx, though our Shipment Guarantee provides coverage for eligible delivery issues with proof.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

All sales are final. Ember Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges. Our Ember Shipment Guarantee covers damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments with proof of the issue. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy at getemberpeptides.com/policies/refunds.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Carroll County, Maryland.

You waive any objection to the laying of venue in Carroll County, Maryland and waive any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
