1. OVERVIEW
Ember Peptides ships all domestic orders via FedEx within the continental United States. We are committed to fast, discreet, and reliable fulfillment on every order. All shipments include our Ember Shipment Guarantee.
Domestic shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
Free Standard Shipping automatically applies at checkout on all orders of 00 or more.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.
4. PACKAGING & COLD CHAIN
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to Ember Peptides or product contents on the exterior.
All orders are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials including insulated packaging and cold packs. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your products immediately upon receipt.
Ember Peptides is not responsible for product degradation resulting from failure to store products correctly after delivery.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, a FedEx tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Track your shipment at fedex.com or call 1-800-463-3339.
If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order, check your spam folder before contacting support@getemberpeptides.com.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Ember Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
To update your address after ordering, contact support@getemberpeptides.com immediately with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by FedEx carrier delays, severe weather, high order volume, or federal holidays. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days after shipment, contact us at support@getemberpeptides.com and we will investigate with FedEx on your behalf.
8. EMBER SHIPMENT GUARANTEE
Every order is covered by our Shipment Guarantee. If your order is damaged in transit, lost by FedEx, or arrives with any delivery issue, we will send a replacement at no charge with proof.
To file a claim, contact us within 5 business days of your expected delivery date at support@getemberpeptides.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic or video proof.
